Over the past 7 days I’ve watched women make incredible strides in their health — and this serves to improve EVERY area of their life, including their spiritual life.

How can that be? Aren’t those things totally different?

No. In fact, they’re completely integrated. And one influences the other. Especially our physical health.

God has created our bodies to work in certain ways. And when we treat it right, through healthy diet and exercise, we see exponential benefits in all other areas of our life.
